Kristin Henderson, a freelance writer and an amateur autocross racer, is a resident of Washington, DC, where her essays are featured regularly in the Washington Post and other newspapers. A former Bread Loaf scholar, Henderson's short fiction has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize.
